Wild Zest is our naturally leavened, sun-kissed sourdough loaf- soft, tangy, and gently sweet with a bright burst of fresh lemon zest. Fermented slowly for depth and baked golden for comfort, it’s the perfect slice of sunshine for your morning.

Ingredients: Unsalted butter (cream), granulated sugar, eggs, all-purpose flour (wheat), sourdough discard (100% hydration: organic bread flour [wheat], water), lemon zest (from approximately 2 large lemons), freshly squeezed lemon juice, baking powder, sea salt
